This agreement is a public offer that defines how association services are provided for residents of Ukraine. By joining, a user confirms they understand the mission and accept the terms of interaction on the platform.
Prohibited actions
Users may not spread hostile statements, violate client confidentiality, or use the service for spam. The team reserves the right to restrict access if the values of support and the community's ethical standards are violated.
Responsibility
The service provides informational and educational materials "as is." Users assess risks on their own and agree to handle personal data with care. The team is not responsible for decisions made based on the materials without consulting a specialist.
Jurisdiction
All disputes and questions of interpretation are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Good-faith dialogue has priority; if needed, issues are resolved in competent Ukrainian courts.
